How your order ships

    Confirmation

    You'll receive an order confirmation on email and WhatsApp within minutes, with a receipt and a tracking link.

  2. — 02 —

    Dispatch

    Every bottle is wrapped, sealed, and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Sunday – Thursday).

  3. — 03 —

    Out for delivery

    The courier will WhatsApp you on the morning of delivery to confirm a window. You can prepay or pay cash on delivery.

  4. — 04 —

    Delivered, on time.

    The brand mantra applies here too. Nothing early. Nothing late.

Returns & exchanges

Fragrance is personal. If yours isn't right, we make it easy to send it back.

14-day window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange — for any reason.

Condition

The bottle must be unopened, factory-sealed, in its original box. Opened bottles cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

How to start

Message us on WhatsApp +20 127 000 2344 or email info@1010perfume.com with your order number. We'll arrange pickup within 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want to swap to a different hour? We'll ship out the replacement free of charge once we receive the original.

Damaged on arrival

Take a photo on the spot and message us within 48 hours. We'll replace it the same week, on us, no questions asked.

Frequently asked

Do you ship outside Egypt?

Not yet. International shipping is on the roadmap for 2026. Join our newsletter to be told when we cross the border.

Can I pick up the order in person?

Not yet — we are online-only at this stage. When a physical store opens, this page will say so first.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes — cash on delivery is available across all zones in Egypt.

How are bottles packaged for shipping?

Each bottle is wrapped in archival tissue, nested in the burgundy presentation box, and surrounded by molded recycled inserts inside an outer mailer. Built to arrive without a scratch.

Will the courier call before delivery?

Yes — on WhatsApp first, then a phone call if needed. You can ask to change the window for free as long as it's before dispatch.
